Robert Hand has more than 15 years of operational and leadership experience across completions, production, and land management. He began his career with Newfield Exploration and ConocoPhillips, where he led multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performance field operations.

Raised on a Texas ranch, Robert carries a lifelong commitment to responsible land stewardship and sustainable resource development. His expertise spans environmental management, water systems, and strategic acquisitions and divestitures. He is also the inventor of patented downhole tools that enhance completion efficiency.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University
